schedule your order customizations
All order customizations must be scheduled via our forms. You must include your order number, cover stock number, all text details and any minor color change requests. Failure to provide all of the information will result in a delay processing your order.
Please use the appropriate form. The time slots are different based on the amount of time they take to complete therefore placing a custom credit order in a premade cover slot can't be done and will be moved manually to the next available custom credit slot.
If your order has been scheduled correctly, you will receive an auto reply. Occasionally we will need more information and we'll email you. Please reply as soon as possible to receive your order by your booked slot.

PREMADE COVER ORDER BOOKINGS
You can also use the premade booking form to request minor adjustments to a previously designed cover. Please Note some adjustments will incur a charge. If this is the case, you will receive an email prior to your booked slot.
YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER & COVER NUMBER or the requested slot may be delayed.
CUSTOM COVER CREDIT ORDER BOOKINGS (PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ONLY. WE NO LONGER SELL CUSTOM CREDITS)
As of April 2020 we will no longer sell custom credits or design services via our store. Visit our sister-site for custom design inquiries. Anything placed on the form below not related to a previously placed order cannont be honored.
If you have previously purchased credits you can still use the form below to book your order. If you haven't purchased credits previously but are interested in a custom cover design please view our custom design order page and fill out the forms to order.
